Image Comics released three number ones 30 years ago: Spawn #1, WildCats #1 and Youngblood #1. We celebrate that anniversary by discussing the formation of Image at the peak of the Speculator Boom, other books released that same year such as The Death of Superman and Batman: Sword of Azrael, and how those three initial titles cemented the superstardom of Todd McFarlane, Jim Lee and Rob Liefeld. 

The first three episodes have been released on Prime Video and The Boys are back — bloodier, gorier and more outrageous than ever.

Neal Adams was a legend in the comics industry and the second most influential comic artist behind Jack Kirby. From his take on Batman, to his run on books Green Lantern/Green Arrow with Denny O'Neil and Dick Giordano, to his role as a champion for creator's rights; his impact was undeniable. On April 28, 2022, Neal passed away at the age of 80, and we pay our respects to him on this week's episode.
